Some of the symptoms associated with back and neck pain may include:

Dull or sharp pain in the back
Numbness or a tingling sensation above or below the knee, or in the arm
Stiffness anywhere from the neck to tailbone
Consistent aching feeling in the mid or lower back, especially after sitting or standing for a long time
Headaches and migraines associated with neck injury or neck pain
Sharp shooting pains or dull aches in the shoulder
